- FREE (Public) Parking: There is free public parking on both sides of the street with minor restrictions. Once parked, you do not really need your car, the subway (metro) is just a short walk away.
- FREE BOTTLED WATER: The water quality of Montreal is superior, but we have always offered free bottled water, now in our 17th season.
- FREE TOURIST ORIENTATION: Very useful and time saving, with overview of Montreal attractions and points of interest. We believe we are the only lodging establishment in Montreal to offer this unique tourist feature.
- FREE WIFI: Internet connection, super-high speed for all guests with their personal devices.
